Hostile Rules
General Hostile Rules
No emote keybinding during hostile gunfights
No excessive ramming other Civillians or Police
You cannot rob a dead body if you have not been directly involved in the situation resulting to that character’s death/downed body.
Revenge killing is allowed, ONLY if you have been reminded by someone who was at the scene (NLR applies)
No abusing 1 way vehicles (e.g,. Reverse driving to deflect bullets in a vehicle that has a tiny window surrounded by collision, it is considered exploiting hitboxes).
There is a 30-minute cooldown period for returning to hostile interactions with the same group or individuals to prevent continuous harassment.
NO dec baiting.
Hitting someone's vehicle is not considered a declaration. Shooting someone over this is considered poor RP and will result in a severe penalty.
Hostile roleplay must have a valid in-character reason. Griefing or attacking players without reason is prohibited.
Hostile actions must be initiated through proper roleplay, including verbal warnings or demands before escalating to violence.
Ensure all hostile actions contribute meaningfully to the roleplay experience. Avoid random or senseless violence (Random Deathmatch - RDM).
Combat logging will result in an automated pocket wipe and a potential ban.
Always prioritize roleplay over outright combat. Hostile interactions should be story-driven, not just an excuse for violence.
You must fear for your life, victims should comply with reasonable demands when outnumbered or outgunned.
Using glitches, third-party software, or exploits to gain an advantage in hostile situations is strictly prohibited.
If injured or downed during a fight, roleplay your injuries realistically rather than immediately returning to combat.
Avoid OOC Toxicity: Keep hostile interactions in character. Do not carry over conflicts or insults into OOC chats.
If a hostile situation feels unfair or disruptive, allow staff to mediate rather than escalating tensions.
Hostility is to be kept away from whitelisted job sites and while people are working legal jobs at a fixed location (for example, lumberjack and mining).
You may roleplay hitting the player in the head with a melee weapon to hinder their memory of the mugging.
Blatant aggressive ramming, obvious aiming of a weapon or shooting for tires is classed as declaration in any situation you are in, allowing for hostile retaliation - this applies to both Police and Criminals.
The “New Life Rule” (NLR) requires characters to forget the last 30 minutes of RP if they are downed/die.
Combat and Engagement
All combat must be driven by a valid roleplay scenario. Engage only if the situation naturally escalates to violence, not for random or out-of-character reasons.
Clear Initiation Before engaging in any hostile situation, ensure there is clear initiation and communication. The party initiating the hostile MUST verbally declare/warn the other party prior.
Hostile Player Limit The hostile player limit is a maximum of 5 people if you are not in an organisation/gang.
Post-Hostile Timer After a hostile situation, there is a 30-minute timer and New Life Rule applies (NLR).
Robbing
You must have a valid reason for robbing someone.
Your character must have a reason or prior initiation that your character remembers in roleplay to mug/rob another character. Mugging someone in the middle of the street or without a weapon is not realistic as is randomly attacking every character you see.
Your character cannot mug/rob another player more than once in any 30 minute period nor can they mug the same player twice within 60 minutes.
You may pocket wipe while robbing, including all legal items, but it must have a valid RP behind it. (Whitelisted business items such as mechanic parts, tablets etc. are not allowed to be taken)
You may not rob someone for more than $500,000 clean money (There are no limitations on dirty money)
Boot checking is strictly prohibited under any circumstances, UNLESS the vehicle has been abandoned for atleast 30 minutes.
You may not boot check anyone at a Garage or in a Green Zone.
You may scam people for illegal items (only with good reason, this is not to be abused).
Robbing whilst dead is allowed with valid RP reason behind it.
You may rob people at Heist locations (red zone)
You may rob people on Cayo Perico (red zone)
You may rob people on Oil Rig (red zone)
You MAY NOT rob anyone in a whitelisted business or legal jobsite.
You may not rob anyone that has been bodybagged and declared DOA by Emergency Services.
Robbing for Weapons
Tier 1 Weapons (Deagles, Regular Pistols etc.) You may not hands someone or attempt to rob someone for having a Tier 1 Weapon in their hand.
Tier 2 Weapons (Automatic Pistols, e.g. AP Pistol, Mini SMG etc.) If someone has a Tier 2 Weapon in their hand, you may declare/hands them for their weapon, however if the Tier 2 Weapon is holstered on their hip you may NOT attempt to rob them for the weapon unless they pull it out.
Tier 3 Weapons (Two Handers) You may declare/hands someone for having a two hander in their hand OR holstered on their back.
Hostage Situations
Players who wish to initiate on others in a group are permitted to have a maximum of 5 personnel in total (this includes externals and scouts – there is to be no more than 5 people involved in the initiation under any circumstance). Please note: This rule does not apply to probational or white listed organisations when they are initiating in their organisation outfits or “colours.
The no RDM rule applies to groups who wish to initiate. Any and all hostility must have a RP reason and not be random.
Forced sexual harrassment of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Hostages Require Proper Roleplay: Hostage situations must be realistic, and hostages must be treated fairly. Avoid using hostages as simple tools for profit or leverage without meaningful roleplay.
Players may kidnap Police as long as there are five (5) other police units available.
No Fake Hostages: Using friends or allies as hostages to manipulate scenarios is prohibited.
Reasonable Demands: Demands in hostage situations must be realistic and achievable within the server’s roleplay setting.
If your character wishes to demand money in exchange for a hostage’s life, they are able to demand a maximum of $30,000 per hostage in any situation.
You cannot pass a hostage onto another group/person to “reset the timer”.
You can only take the same person hostage every 60 minutes.
You may only hold someone as a kidnapped/hostage for a maximum of 25 minutes and you must have a purpose for the holding them and something must be demanded (i.e. asking for ransom, getting them to perform a certain function etc) for at least a 25 minute period.
You cannot take someone that your character knows or has an affiliation with as a hostage (i.e. hostages must be genuine – try to find a stranger to your character if you wish to take someone hostage).
Police must always attempt to negotiate for the hostage’s life. However, if the hostage-taker shoots at Police, they may shoot back, making every attempt to not hit the hostage
“Kidnapping” is the action of forcibly taking someone against their will and holding them captive. Players are not permitted to kidnap another player unless there is an RP reason for doing so or they are necessary for an activity the hostage-taker wishes to conduct (like a heist).
