KOS Guidelines
KOS Rules
Each organisation, regardless of rank may only engage in conflict with one other org at a time. (No other org is allowed to interfere in their dealings).
An org vest must be worn at all times during KOS
Members involved in a conflict must always display their three designated identifiers and use only vehicles in their organization’s assigned color.
A verbal declaration is required at all times until a KOS (kill-on-sight) is initiated by one party and approved by the High Table; from that point, it becomes immediate.
Conflicts may escalate to a declaration of war, provided that every dispute is supported by a legitimate reason.
War demands must be fulfilled within 24 hours; otherwise, the demands will be doubled.
Operating a vehicle in another organization's designated color to provoke or instigate conflicts is strictly prohibited.
War/KOS cannot be initiated or arranged during designated grace periods (e.g., restarts, events).
A conflict can last for up to two days and must either end with a declaration of war or be fully resolved.
1 Helicopter per org during KOS/trots.
1 Rumpo per org during KOS/trots.
If a conflict escalates to war/KOS, only one KIA (killed in action) is permitted per restart (scheduled at 4 am and 4 pm) with no exceptions—this rule exists to prevent prolonged wars.
A KOS or war must first be declared in-city and then announced in the KOS channel on Discord.
There must be at least two days of ongoing tension or buildup before a KOS is called.
All vehicles must maintain the same car color at all times during hostilities.
If a ceasefire is mutually agreed upon in-character by both organizations, it cannot be broken. Should any party wish to breach the ceasefire, they must contact the High Table for a decision.
Once a KOS is approved by the High Table, it will begin immediately—unless both parties agree on specific start times and the High Table is informed.
Once initiated, a KOS will last 24 hours until only one organization remains.
If a member dies during a KOS, they must not return to the conflict; their KIA must be submitted.
Failure to submit KIA, combined with evidence of returning members, will result in an immediate forfeiture of the KOS for that organization.
Walk Styles are strictly prohibited during KOS.
Demands cannot exceed the following limit;
4 Mill Dirty // 3 Tier 3 Weapons // 3 Tier 2 Weapons // (Unless higher demands are agreed on by both parties)
