Heists / Bank Robberies
All heists and Bank Robberies must be done with a minimum of 1 Hostage for RP reasons.
Police Limit: Maximum of 8 police officers, with exceptions for additional units during pursuit if necessary. (Small banks are a max of 6 Police Officers)
You may have up to 3 hostages at a time, but they cannot be friends or people you know.
Hostage Demands: One hostage equals one demand; police are not obligated to accept unreasonable demands.
Must follow a clean pursuit protocol, no ramming.
At least one officer must stay behind to search the hostage and check their wellbeing.
Police may not breach unless the hostage's head is not under direct threat.
You may not grief someone doing a Bank Robbery.

External assistance
External assistance permits a player to follow pursuits, but are not to engage in hostility within the first 5 minutes of a pursuit unless they are initiated on first.
External assistance permits a player to pit and run interference, but must be done in a suitable vehicle
External assistance MUST allow 5 minutes to pass in a pursuit before they can actively pit.
Equally, Police should not be pitting within the first 5 minutes of a pursuit. After that time Police can deem the pursuit imperative. Once imperative, Police are clear to pit/spike strip or shoot for tires in an attempt to disable the vehicle and Police should prepare for hostility from externals.
