Gang Rules
General Gang Rules
Once a rule break has happened you have 3 hours to put it into a ticket and report the person / organisation before your report is invalid (see revenge reporting rules)
Ensure that your gang or organization behaves in a manner consistent with its realistic traits and established storyline.
KIA's reset every 3 hours.
Refrain from excessive violence or actions that feel out of character or implausible within the narrative context.
Adhere to your designated hostile roster numbers at all times.
Gang members must wear their clothing at all times during hostile, except when fewer than five organization members are in-city.
Organization members must display identifiable clothing during hostile situations (minimum of three identifiers).
Killing someone for making derogatory remarks is not permitted; such disputes should be resolved through a formal meeting rather than violence.
All KIAs must be submitted during organization versus organization hostile situations; failure to do so may result in a strike.
No misuse of the KIA channel.
No hand-holding is allowed; you may not involve members from other organizations to assist in hostile situations between your organisation and another.
If you are killed during a KOS, you may not rejoin hostile activity. If you're killed during regular gang vs gang (KIA) you may return once your KIA is reset (every 3 hours) if killed during non organisation conflicts, you may not return to the same scene/unless the situation is over.
Astral Gaming enforces a three-strike system. Your organization will receive a strike for rule violations, and after three strikes, it will be forcefully disbanded. Strikesfor more info.
If you leave an organization or are PK'd, a three-day cooldown is required before joining another organization.
Leadership overthrows within your gang are permitted with a 90% member agreement, provided there is a compelling reason and the process is approved by the High Table; if the current leadership is deemed incompetent, the High Table will authorize the overthrow.
All actions should contribute meaningfully to roleplay and not disrupt the server environment.
You may not be engaged in more than one active conflict with an organisation at a time.
Out-of-character (OOC) disrespect is not tolerated.
Any leadership member found engaging in IRL trading or cheating may result in the entire organization being disbanded.
Organisations are encouraged to build business relationships.
Any organisation found harboring a cheater will be fined $10,000,000 in dirty money by the High Table. Note: 3 or more cheaters found within an organisation will recieve a strike.

Hard PK Contracts
Orgs that have a hard PK contract (deletion of character upon PK) can only request to Hard PK a member if the contract is broken via insiding; Org Leaders will need to submit clear and solid evidence (Obtained IN-CITY) that the person was insiding.
For a hard PK contract to be valid you will need to take a photo of your members signed contract, along with an in-city photo of your member physically signing the contract via /me Signs contract.
You cannot sign a Hard PK contract under anybody elses name except your own, this is considered power gaming.
